A rosehip wreath, and a lot of math

This one’s a rosehip design with a full wreath of rosehip berries going right around the dome. I really like how symmetrical it came out. It uses the whole dome instead of leaving any dead space, so the berries sit evenly the whole way round.

You’d never guess it just by looking but getting that symmetry to line up took a lot of math. The kind I hadn’t done since school, twenty something years ago. Funny where this work takes you.
