How custom can I get?
Start from any of our plates and adjust every aspect — pattern depth, smoothness, inner and outer colour, diameter. If you want something that isn't in the tool, send us a sketch and we'll draw it up with you.
What is bio-resin?
A plant-derived material that's biodegradable under industrial composting conditions. No petrochemical resins, no microplastics, no VOCs. Feels warm and matte to the touch, lighter than plaster, stronger than traditional resin.
How are the lamps made?
Every lamp begins as a core formed in our atelier, to your exact pattern. Then the lamp is sanded by hand, painted in a colour mixed locally for that single piece, signed, and packed. The core takes hours; the hand-finishing takes longer.
How long does it take?
Four weeks from order to delivery. If you're designing for a specific date, tell us and we'll confirm the slot.
Can I see the lamp before paying?
The 3D preview in the Atelier is accurate to the finished piece. If that's not enough, email us your design and we'll send a render from our production viewer within a day.
What if I don't like how it arrives?
Every custom lamp is photographed before it ships. If it isn't what we agreed, we remake it — no charge. If it's what we agreed but you've changed your mind, we ship you store credit rather than take the lamp back. Custom work has no second home.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes — we work in RAL and our paint is mixed locally for each lamp. Pick any RAL code in the Atelier and that's what's mixed on the day your lamp is finished. For very specific matches, send us a physical sample and we'll mix from there.
Does it come with the bulb?
No — the lamp takes any E27 ≤ 60W. We recommend an LED with warm (2,700K) colour temperature to bring out the shadow detail in the pattern.
